A recipe to celebrate our new health food section

We have some fantastic health foods in store covering your organic wholefoods, gluten free and gourmet cooking needs.

To showcase some of these delicious offerings, we have devised a quick and easy treat using some of these yummy products. Give it a go!

Macadamia Cranberry Bark

  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup macadamia butter, warmed
  • 2-3 tablespoons coconut chips or flakes
  • 1 tablespoon rice syrup
  • pinch Himalayan sea salt
  • 1 handful dried cranberries


  1. Line a baking tray with baking paper
  2. Mix together the oil, macadamia butter, coconut chips and syrup in a bowl. Spread on the tray and sprinkle with salt and cranberries. 
  3. Freeze for about half an hour, then snap into shards.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge
