Why Delivery Safety Matters
To protect the effectiveness of your medications, we avoid delivery services that may expose them to unacceptable temperatures. Some medications are more sensitive than others—our pharmacists can advise if yours is suitable for delivery.
We do not recommend postal services (e.g., Australia Post) for certain compounded medications, as transit temperatures can exceed 40°C in summer, while most medications remain stable only up to 30°C. Temperature fluctuations can compromise effectiveness, making local delivery the safest choice.
